Smoked Deviled Eggs

Today we are smoking up some Deviled Eggs. These are super easy to make, and can be done while you are smoking something else on your smoker! We love these as an appetizer or finger food for a party, or just as a part of a quick weeknight meal. This is the recipe that I love and use and has the right amount of tang and sweetness. Give these ones a try and I'm sure you wont be disappointed. Sound good? Lets get started...

Ingredients:
Half a Dozen Large Eggs
1.5 Tbsp Mayo
.5 Tbsp Ground Dijon Mustard
.5 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
Dash of Siracha
Dash of Yellow Mustard
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Sprinkle of Paprika

Step 1: Smoke your Eggs

We are hard “boiling” our eggs here. However, I tend to bake mine. 250 for an hour and half will completely cook the eggs and add in some smoke.

Transfer to an ice bath for 15 min or so

Step 2: Prep the Whites

Once your eggs have cooled, carefully deshell them

Cut each egg in half, and pop the yolks out into a separate bowl

Step 3: Devil the eggs

Mash up the yolks and then add in the deviling ingredients.

Check that the acidity level, salt, and spice is where you want it

Step 3: Assemble the eggs

Carefully fill up the white parts of the eggs with your deviled mixture

Top with paprika

Enjoy!
