Smoked Dr. Pepper Wings

Today we are smoking up some chicken wings on the weber kettle using the vortex! The vortex almost always ensures were going to have crispy smoky wings, but I have a few tips to ensure your wings are perfect! Now as far as flavoring, we are taking a bottle of Dr Pepper, reducing it and using that as the perfect wing sauce! These are really good, and I highly recommend you give it a try! Sound good? Move wings to fridge uncovered for an hour or so to dry out

For the weber kettle, I love using the vortex.

You can absolutely fry these off as well!

Put onto stove and simmer until reduced by half

Step 6: Sauce the wings

Put the wings into a bowl and coat them in the wing sauce
