Ingredients:
~1 Lb Petite Sirloin Steak

Maple - Bourbon Marinade
1/4 Cup Bourbon
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Step 1: Combine the Maple Bourbon Marinade

Combine the marinade ingredients into a ziplock back or marinating tray

Note: dont bother with high quality bourbon here, the cheap stuff works fine. Also, make sure you use REAL maple syrup, not the fake stuff

Step 2: Trim and cut the steak

Trim off any excess hard fat, and then cut the steak into 2 inch by 1 inch strips

Step 3: Marinade the tips

Add the steak to the marinade and marinade for 5hr to 24hrs

(I usually smack the meat a bunch here to tenderize it)

Step 4: Sear and cook the steak

Make two zones on your grill. Sear off the steak directly over the fire/coals.

Then, move the tips to the indirect side of your grill and allow them to come up to temp.

I like to pull them around 120/125

Enjoy!
