BBQ Quesadilla Cones

Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are smoking up one of my favorite finger foods! Quesadillas are awesome, BBQ is awesome, putting them together in a bite size dip-able manner is about as good as you can get! This is the perfect way to utilize your leftover BBQ, or cook some up specifically for these! Football season just got a lot more delicious! Sound good? Lets get started...

Ingredients:
Small Soft Taco Shells
Pre-Cooked BQQ (pulled pork, chopped brisket, pulled chicken, etc.)
Shredded Mexican Cheese

Sweet BBQ Sauce
Sour Cream
Pico or Salsa

Step 1: Assemble cones

Cut your shells in half

Put your shredded cheese on each half and then put some of your bbq meat on half of the cut shell.

Roll up the cones like in the photo above

Place seam side down on a slotted tray that will fit in your smoker

Step 2: Smoke until warm and cheese is melted

Smoke at 180 (for the most smoke) until the filling is warm and the cheese is melted.

Serve with Pico, BBQ Sauce, and Sour Cream!
